| I smother my screams within, unbearable, even the thought, to hear the sound of emptiness. forcefully, I press a myriad of escaped emotions, harsh against my skin. Give me one fathomable reason, a minute token of logic, for breaking these barriers and permitting such a bold statement as an upward curve. My eyes glance downward, defending presence of non-returned messages, lip-nibbling one small mechanism of constant battle. Bring forth, nudging aside and behind bodies and objects of comfort, some reality, a bit of liquid honesty, and I'll swallow pasty vanity, familiar doubt, bearing tender expression. Present me with your why, descriptions for me to remain, of worded needs and I'll display a beam of blatantly false ignorance, but genuine pleasure. |
